Although I really liked listening to these clips, and I will listen to them all, I must say I do not agree with his damning across the board the eating of grains, especially whole grains.
I was especially put off by the condemnation of oats. Anna and I eat whole grain unsweetened oatmeal with natural yogurt nearly every morning for breakfast, adding a sliced banana as a sweetener and a handful of raisins. I NEVER feel the need for a mid-morning snack after that. For some info on the benefits of eating oats, try this article or do your own search.
