We added home-made muesli to our breakfast on our nutritional revolution. Some mornings we have the juiced vegetables and fruits and then muesli, wow!
It is a combination of whole wheat flakes, with kamut, khorosan, wheat, rolled oats, spelt, barley, millet, quinoa, flax seed, psyllium plus chopped mixed nuts, brazil, almonds, walnuts. Also dried banana chips and raisins. We add chopped apple and fresh banana to the bowl. We use pure unsweetened almond milk. This is powerful fuel, great energy that lasts for hours and is absolutely a delicious eating experience. Plus one huge glass of fresh clean well water from the bowels of the earth.
This breakfast is high fiber and highly nutritious. It is an artificial sugar, fat, caffeine and salt free meal.
I am doing physical work right now and I do not get hungry for 4-5 hours.
The kids like to add pure cocao powder and Gloria likes goji berry powder as added delights!
