Jermiah Art, My Little Tree
“My Little Tree”
Health is a wonderful thing.
It makes me want to sing.
I plant a little tree.
It ends up being a broccoli.
I give it a little shower.
It turns into a flower.
It started growing peas instead of leaves.
It started growing fuzz,
a peach I thought it was.
What’s wrong with my little tree?
Does it have anything for me?
It’s just a little plant
with a few little ants.
But if it lives and thrives,
It shall make me dance.
